Our lemon sole are one of our most desirable fish fillets. Caught in Icelandic waters the superb delicate flavours are sealed in with a protective ice glaze.Contents: 10-11 fillets in each tray |Minimum pack weight 2.0kgCooking Instructions: Defrost thoroughly pre-heat oven to 190C & put foil on to a baking tray, place fish on foilad season to taste. Wrap foil over and bake for 15-20 minutes. Can also be grilled or poached.
