Our monfish fillets are sourced from New Zealand. The firm meaty flesh of this fish is ideal in a stir fry, a kebab or just to enjoy on its own. The fillets can be grilled or poached and make for an enjoyable meal everytime.Contents: Minimum pack weight 2.0kgCooking Instruction: Defrost thoroughly, pre-heat oven to 190C and put foil on to a baking tray place fish on foil and season to taste, wrap foil over & bake for 22-25 minutes.
