Our Monkfish tails are a beautiful firm and meaty fish. They are perfect cooked with a little seasoning of salt and pepper and served with a side of seasonal vegetables.Contents: 2kgCooking Instructions: Defrost thoroughly pre-heat oven to 190C and put in foil on to a baking tray. Place fish onto the foil and season to taste wrap foil over & bake for 22-25 minutes. Can also be grilled or poached.
