The delectable flavour of our plaice is preserved by freezing the fillets as soon as possible after they have been caught. Lightly poach or grill for a fresh, exquisite taste.Contents: 10-12 fillets in each tray | Minimum pack weight 2.0kgCooking Instructions: Defrost thoroughly pre-heat oven to 190C and put foil on to a baking tray. Place fish on foil and season to taste, wrap foil over and bake for 12-15 minutes.
