Cook the Salmon for 20-25 minutes at 200C/Gas mark 6. Cook the Cod Loins - for 30-40 minutes at 180C/Gas mark 4. Cook the Natural Smoked Haddock after defrosting thoroughly, pre-heat oven to 190C, wrap in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Can also be grilled or poached.
